KD practitioners have engaged with clients in a variety of settings on issues related to challenges facing intercultural teams, inter-generational conflicts and diversity challenges in many industries. We have advised world leaders and senior executives on ways to address race, gender, ethnic, religious bias, and responses to destructive and violent extremist worldviews. Our team has coached leaders from a variety of sectors to strengthen their leadership messaging, approaches and interventions strategies mitigating negative interaction and building health relationship.
